Our team members are involved in numerous community and construction industry organizations that provide workforce development opportunities. Specifically, Concrete Collective partners with HIRE 360 to maximize the inclusion and development of community members.

Concrete Collective recognizes the importance of maximizing the number of firms positively impacted by our projects. We leverage our existing relationships to craft outreach and engagement strategies that provide timely information for all diverse firms, emphasizing those that are hyper-local to each project’s community.


MENTORSHIP TO SMALLER FIRMS
Throughout a project’s lifecycle, Concrete Collective can provide mentorship and training to firms on project management and scheduling, financial reporting and state-of-the-art estimating platforms. We also establish mentor-protege roles at the project engineering, project management and field operations levels.
